Well after a bit of frustration with the purchase of a new car my expectations were far exceeded. After taking delivery of my vehicle in the first week, and a few hundred miles it seemed like a tire was out of balance or had a flat spot in it. I scheduled an apt to take it in, and was a little disappointed with their initial fix of rotating the tires, which only had a few hundred miles on them. This only moved the problem from the front to the rear. After the owner caught wind of my frustration he personally made it his priority to make sure my car was taken care of. He personally came to my house and swapped out my car and oversaw the work ultimately replacing all of the tires, and fully solving the issue I was having. I was very impressed by the care and interest the owner gave this issue, and would recommend doing business here.

I always have a good experience at this dealership. I would not go anywhere else for service to my car. I trust them, they are always honest.

Salesman Josof was great and very helpful. But when I got home with my new used jeep I noticed it was almost ready for an oil change, I would have thought even on a used vehicle they would have had a fresh oil change before selling it .

Overall excellent experience from pre-sale to post sale. Coming from 45 minutes away through an ad, Griffin has that feel that the people actually do care about you and your purchase. Post sale is always the kicker and they have been excellent, especially when Kay in service is more interested in relating with your schedule than just herding you through. The staff remember you and seem proud of what you purchased. You feel like a valued customer rather than a sale. Definitely heads above my experiences with Russ Darrow and Goeben (Madison). Worth the drive for the genuine customer service.

I decided to check Griffin Ford's website for a used truck while I was in town for an appointment (I live an hour from Ft. Atkinson). Amazingly they had just what I was looking for. I drove it that day then came back the next day to purchase it and we were able to reach a price I was comfortable with. I had the truck checked out by my local mechanic a week after purchase and it came back with 5 stars!! Very pleased that this Griffin Ford truck performed as represented. And we were not disappointed. Not only was working with Zach and everyone else at the dealership easy and enjoyable, the entire process went smoothly.We had taken our time with making our decision wanting to ensure we made the correct one. Zach patiently worked with us through all of our questions we had, test drives, and inspection of the vehicle without us feeling rushed or pressured at any point. Had a roller coaster experience that ended well. I won't get into the details, but mistakes were made by the factory and possibly by the dealership, but they made it right.Freddie called me personally and my salesman and the manager communicated through the issues and got everything worked out.I absolutely love my Shelby and would recommend Griffin Ford.None of us are perfect and mistakes happen.At the end of the day, we just want to be treated fairly and made feel we are more than just a sale.Good dealership with good people...Thank you Freddie, John and Denny!
