My wife went in for oil change & tire rotate and was treated respectfully and service advisor did NOT engage in high-pressure upsell tactics. Competently provided service for our 2005 Toyota Corolla LE that was on par with Toyota but at lower cost.

Been a customer at this location (previously Havil-Spoerl) for 30+ years. Griffin is the new owner and has not let us down. Same great service, same great deals.

I walked in having an idea of what I wanted and an idea of what I wanted to spend per month. I walked out with a vehicle I am completely and absolutely in love with. The whole process was extremely painless. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. This was my second purchase from Havill-Spoerl and I will continue to patronize their business!

Quite literally the best car buying experience I've ever had. Very professional and knowledgeable Sales staff, explained all options with financing, service, warranty, without being pushy. Literally closed and had the car delivered in under a half hour. This is our new automobile supplier from now on!

A great place to purchase or service. They treat you like family instead of a number and actually care about their customers. The online service appointments is an awesome idea and easy to use.

Every department is amazing, the Salesmen are great, the parts department guys really are helpful, service will offer you a loaner vehicle or just give you a ride to and from work while they fix your car. The body shop is one of the best in the area, quality work at a reasonable price. The Cashiers are all friendly too.

Their service has been exceptional. They are always very understanding and empathetic. They don't just make the experience "okay", but go above and beyond to make things easier for you. I am able to drop off my car and they drive my to work or give me a vehicle to use while they are taking care of mine. Edgar was exceptionally pleasant to deal with.

I just want to share a what a fabulous staff this dealership has.... they are top notch! Friendly, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. I've visited this dealership twice in the past year. The first time was to have my Chevy Equinox detailed. I was unsure if they would work on a Chevy and they said "no problem" bring it in! They did such an AMAZING job on my car and even let me rent a rental for the day while they worked on it. The next visit was this past Friday. I had just sold my Equniox and had yet to purchase a new car... so I needed a rental immediately so that I could take care of some business... Called up Edgar in the service department and no questions asked, he said yes, I have a car come on in. And he did... He rented me an awesome Ford Focus at a time when I really needed the help and the rental process was a breeze!!! And another member of the staff, Jesus was also super generous is providing me a ride home after I returned the car. So if you're ever looking to rent a car, to have your car worked on or if you're in the market for a new car.... Give this dealership a call. I ensure you, you will not be disappointed.

I dealt with Dennis Mitchell as my salesman and he is a wonderful straightforward salesman. Also, the entire staff couldn't have been more friendly. A real, family-like atmosphere there. Held the vehicle I wanted for several days and gave me a very fair trade in price. Couldn't be happier with my decision to go there for my new vehicle and I highly recommend them to others.
