Had a roller coaster experience that ended well. I won't get into the details, but mistakes were made by the factory and possibly by the dealership, but they made it right.Freddie called me personally and my salesman and the manager communicated through the issues and got everything worked out.I absolutely love my Shelby and would recommend Griffin Ford.None of us are perfect and mistakes happen.At the end of the day, we just want to be treated fairly and made feel we are more than just a sale.Good dealership with good people...Thank you Freddie, John and Denny!
