They were very helpful,from the sales floor to the finances. They stayed late and took time to explain things - Chris is very knowledgeable. Genuine. The manager was not pushing the sale at all, but explaining value of the purchase.
Always get excellent service and polite. When there are issues they get to them quickly.
I recently had my airbag replaced due to a recall by Ford. The Service staff was extra helpful in getting my car done in a hurry so I didn't have to miss any time at work. This is much appreciated!!
My service manager Kay, does a great job. She is always friendly, goes through everything thoroughly and gets you out quickly. Two comments:Why are employees giving out 5 star reviews, especially management? A car wash should be included for the works package.
Kay and the other service managers are awesome! They understand that YOUR time is very valuable and they do what they can to accommodate it. They are very reasonable. A welcome breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships who try to force you to always meet their schedules.
Simply the BEST service department I have ever been to. They truly care about the customer. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is done and done right. Honest, fair, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Can't thank them enough.
The process was quick and easy. Service was great from all employees without feeling pressured to buy. Love my new car. Highly recommend Dustin Porter for anyone looking to get a new (or used) car.
Christian in the service department is great! We had our Fusion towed to Griffin Ford for a transmission linkage problem, and she found a recall on that very item! So no charge, not even for the loaner. Whew!
Update: my concerns were taken very seriously and addressed completely. It took them 5 days to work with technicians to get the key fob programmed and provided me with a loaner vehicle for that time. I greatly appreciate the time and effort taken to make this situation right....i was very impressed. Thank you!! I was in two Saturdays ago to have an additional key fob made for my car. I was initially told the price would be $175 when I ordered the key. When I got my car back, the price was $249 and it wasn't able to be programmed right. Although the staff were pleasant and friendly, overall I was very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled. If I was going to know it would be so expensive I probably would have chosen to do something else.
Great service department! Always there to answer questions/concerns. If you're in the market for a quality Ford vehicle see them! I recommend Zach. He has always done a great job for me. Also they support local short track racing!
Chris Kern is the best he worked with us on what we wanted and what we could afford. I love my car. I differently will tell my family and friends to go to Griffin if they are looking for a new or used vehicle...
A few weeks after I got home (500 miles from Griffin), I had a problem with the car and the team at Griffin took great care of me when they really didnt have to. That was another great sign of how they take care of customers - thanks Griffin team!
