3 hours into our 8 hour drive home, our car broke down on I90. We were able to limp it to Griffin Ford and despite it being late afternoon, they still managed to pull it in and look at it. After attempting to fix it, they discovered the problem was a bit deeper than anticipated and would have to wait until the next day. We were traveling with our dog and they were so great about letting us wait in their lounge with him. They even called the hotel down the road to see if it was pet friendly for us. They next morning, after having a few more techs look at our car, they called to say it was going to be a few weeks to get it repaired. Once we got back to the shop, they drove us down to Janesville to pick up a rental car. At least now we have an excuse to come back to WI in a few weeks and maybe catch a Brewers game along the way, lol.Despite my car needing a long and expensive repair, Griffin definitely did everything they could for us. I can't be more thankful that they tried to fix it despite us arriving late afternoon and having a full shop already.

We have bought many cars from this dealership, starting with Bill Starke, and Havill Spoerl. We were a little hesitant when a large dealership took over that the personal service would not be there. We couldn't have been more wrong. Gene was very respectful of what we wanted, not only in a vehicle, but the payment we wanted, finding the Edge Titanium that was more in our price range and not trying to talk us into something more expensive meant a lot to us. We highly recommend Griffin Ford.

I walked in to this dealership having bought a car from this same place when it was Havill Spoerel. I had terrible experiences dealing with Havill but since it has changed hands to Griffin I feel things have improved DRASTICALLY. I came in knowing the kind of car I was looking for & having done my own research knowing my price range & what I was willing to let my old car be valued at for trade in & Denny made me feel like family. I felt like he was trying to make sure the car I left with was the right deal for me financially & logically. I didn't feel like I was just a person he was trying to make a quick buck from. When suggesting add on services he expressed concern for the longevity of my vehicle, which I very much appreciated. I highly suggest talking with Denny when purchasing a vehicle from Griffin, very educated & knowledgeable & a kind warm hearted person!Thanks so much for everything Denny!
