Repair of flat was fast. They were polite and even did a great job washing my car. I was very pleased with the service!
My wife and I purchased a 2019 F150. I was impressed with the dealerships observance of Covid-19 protocols. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was zero pressure to purchase and additional coverage. It was of course offered, but that was it. When we said no thank you, the finance guy (Dusty) said OK and moved on. He was very friendly. I have had sale managers make me sign papers saying I was "refusing" all of the upgrades. Being a Wisconsin dealer, I was worried I was going to have to deal with the Illinois DMV, but they were all setup to get the paperwork done. Our salesman (Zac) exceptionally personable and very helpful. Again, I am extremely impressed with this dealership and hands down best car buying experience in my 40+ years of buying vehicles.
The staff at Griffin Ford is always on top of their game. They paid extra attention to safety since Covid 19 got here. I highly recommend them!
This was a routine 5,000 mile service. Dropped the truck off, they called me when the service was completed. The cleaned all surfaces they touched due to covid. It was exceptional service from check in to check out.

I purchased a Dodge Durango from here and I have been so impressed with their sales staff and service team. Shortly after my blinker went out and they didn't hesitate to fix it at no cost. I went in today and even with the virus scare they are very sanitary and were respectful to my needs. My vehicle was done very quickly and the sanitary measures were beyond my expectations. I was looking for a new Expedition I've had a 97 and was currently driving a 99 that was about to take a dump on me.I compared tons I even drove two hours to see a certain one for another place to tell me on the phone they had it only to get there and they didn't.The Fort Atkinson's dealer was about 35 mins from me so I just made the drive instead of calling and from a distance before I arrived I could already see the expedition nice red color really stuck out.Dennis approached me asked if I wanted him to get the keys or if I was just browsing I asked to see the keys and ended up driving it.I told him to the point what I wanted and said I had done my research he didn't give me any kind of run around just straight to the point on all his responses.Never hurried me to make a decision and the next day I drove out with a 2019 Ford Expedition fully loaded everything and i paid around $5,000 less then another one just like it with more miles that was local to me.If you want a car with no hassle go see Dennis Mitchel I have always been a Ford guy and have purchased several cars from Ford but also will continue to do so more now.
I used the auto center not the dealership itself. But the staff was fantastic. Very knowledgable, kind, and were quick to make the extensive repairs.No messing around with them. I got a very detailed summary of what was done, even though it was under warranty. It’s nice to see the break down! Will take my car here if needed in the future.
I was in town for Thanksgiving and happened to stop by just to check things out. Was in the market for a very specific truck and they didn't have it. While driving through saw a truck that I thought could potentially be a good fit for my mom and figured we were together so would take it for a drive. Dustin happened to be walking the lot and casually approached asking if we were interested. Typically I don't like salesman as I am one myself so recognize all of the BS but he seemed extremely genuine and just interested in helping. We took the truck for a short drive and in the end just couldn't justify purchasing it at the time. Dustin promised to follow up later in the day as we were still thinking about it so sent me a text to which point I said we were not interested and hadn't really been but just wanted to check it out. Very short and casual texts and that was it. After thinking about it all of the next week I decided it would be a good fit for me and ended up purchasing the truck. The reality is Dustin was the only reason I ended up purchasing the vehicle. While I did want a truck I was not in desperate need of one. His no BS approach and the fact that he was respectful about me not wanting to purchase to begin with was a huge reason I went back to buy it. To be clear prior to stepping on the lot I had no idea who this person was and spent a total of about an hour and a half with him but Dustin is the kind of person I would want to buy a vehicle from and would come back to purchase one from again.
Arrived a little late for my service appointment but it was no problem for them. Great job of providing safe social distancing while I waited. Loved that they washed my truck!
I had been researching Navigators since December. I located several “near” me that grabbed my attention. I was also watching a small dealership about 500 miles from me in WI. Suffice it to say, I made the drive from Kansas City to Fort Atkinson, WI to trade in my 2015 Toyota SUV. Zach, from Griffin Ford, took the lead from my e-mail inquiry. He was easy to work with, professional and responsive. He and his managers worked out a trade in value on my existing vehicle and I setup an appointment to make the 8 hour drive. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sales manager, who knew who I was based off of my Toyota. He informed me that Zach was out sick, but he improvised and put me in touch with Eric after a short wait. Eric handled the finances and after a short sales pitch for extended warranty’s, GAP, etc, I was out of there, driving back to KS. My total time in the building was approximately 1 hour, which was more than acceptable to me. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely make the drive again.
The staff were well educated, kind, flexible, and so easy to work with! My car was fixed promptly with no charge due to the warranty.
