I stopped in at the Havill-Spoerl Dealership in Fort Atkinson,WI to test drive a Lincoln. I was very pleased with the level of customer contact I received. My sales person , Zachariah Lange's product knowledge, customer skills, personal approach, and professionalism are some of the reasons for me to return and continue to do business with this dealership.Sept 2019I've continued to have the Lincoln MKZ serviced at Havill- Spoerl/ Griffin Ford for almost 3 years now. I have been very satisfied with staff and their service team.

Great and fast service

1st Ford I have ever purchased. The staff was courteous and friendly; found a vehicle with the specs I was looking for and worked with me on pricing.

Had oil change got done within hour. They rotate trires ck brakes do car wash all included in oil change.

Everyone at Griffin Ford went beyond my expectations. Everything was all set the way I wanted it when I purchased my truck.

Clean, great people, free wash for Lincolns with service. Last time they recently serviced my Lincoln, I didn't get a wash though. Disappointing! Also the service guy wasn't a pleasant experience.

2006 Ford Explorer Eddie BauerI was looking for a 2nd car/truck for a while now and two days ago Griffin had a good looking Explorer for sale at a reasonable price. Contacted them and Tim got back to me the next morning. Drove there, took it for a quick ride and decided to take it. Went back 2h later to get the financing done w/ Duston and was out in no time. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Tim even dropped the car off at my plave afterwards (10 minutes away)! Thanks all, highly recommended.
