I made my appointment via the app; didn't get a confirmation text, but when I showed up they were expecting me. Kay, my service advisor, was extremely helpful, and José did a thorough oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Then they pinpointed what was wrong with my key fob - and fixed it. Yay! My car no longer locks its doors the second I reach it.

Buying my used car from Griffin Ford in Fort Atkinson was a stress free experience. Denny made the experience very personable. Duston in financing did a great job. And when I had a concern, Kay in the service department handled it quickly and satisfactorily. They even made my dog feel welcomed. Great experience!
