They did what I wanted and found a few things that were not good for a trip that I am taking so they fixed that as well. I will be getting more work done in the near future by them.

I recently bought a 2014 Ford Flex from this dealership. Thanks to my college classmate and friend Paul Schepp for the assist. He and his colleague Chris Kern at Griffin Ford Lincoln Fort Atkinson took excellent care of me, and they even fed me lunch while I waited. A very hassle-free and pleasant experience all around.UPDATE: I recently traded in the 2014 Flex for a new 2020 Ford F-150 and could not be more pleased with the process. Salesman Dustin Porter was great to work with, and thanks to him and sales manger John Chady I got exactly what I wanted for a fair price. Finance manager Dusty also deserves credit for finding me a better rate as well. All around a great team, and highly recommended.
