Purchased car when it was Havill Spoerl. With that said, I have preferred customer package allowing me oil changes / tire rotations (pre paid when purchased.) Last time I was here they did not rotate tires stating not enough tread so they couldn't rotate tires. Was told today my plan expired but they will honor it until complete (two more oil changes and tire rotations)Updated Edit: Recently took auto into body shop for insurance claim repair.
